Choosing Your Driving Instructor
Questions You Should Ask:
How much experience do you have?
As I have being a fully qualified driving instructor for almost 20 years having worked for both BSM and AA the driving school, so the answer is a great deal.
What is your current DSA grading?
A lot of people don’t realise that all driving instructors are graded from 1-6, 1 being the lowest to six being the highest and a lot of instructors are trainees, meaning they are allowed to teach but don’t yet have a grade because they have not yet completed all of there exams. Check their badge displayed in the windscreen of their car – pink is trainee green is fully qualified. So make sure you know what you are getting for your money.
I am currently a grade 6 instructor so in the top 6% of all instructors.
Is your instructor friendly patient and above all, reliable?
In short, yes! Most of my pupils come via recommendations from other pupils. I will be only to happy to put you in contact with my current or past pupils
How much do you charge for your lessons? Do you give discounts?
You will notice I have put this last on the list that is because it is of least importance. I charge a very fair price for the standard which I deliver.
We want to offer a quality service at a fair price, and that is exactly what you will get when booking your lessons with myself.
